General Policy Statement
"Raha Technologies" or "RAHA TECHNOLOGIES" maintains a transparent yet strict cancellation and refund policy in compliance with applicable Indian laws, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Payment Aggregator and Payment Gateway Guidelines, and standard industry practices.
By enrolling in any course, making a payment, or activating any learning service, the student ("User") acknowledges full acceptance of this policy as part of the binding Terms & Conditions of Service.

Important: This policy shall be read in conjunction with the Raha Technologies Terms and Conditions (Section 3.3). No verbal, informal, or discretionary promises shall override this written policy.
Eligibility and Conditions for Refund
Offline (In-Person) Coaching Programs
  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the official course commencement date
  • Only unused classes (sessions not attended) may be considered for refund
  • Registration fees, admission fees, material costs, and administrative charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances
Online Courses (LMS or Recorded Programs)
  • Refunds are permissible within 14 days of purchase only if less than 10% of course content has been accessed or consumed
  • Once content access exceeds 10%, the course shall be deemed fully utilized and no refund shall be applicable
EMI / BNPL Transactions
Buy Now Pay Later
For EMI or lender-financed payments (including but not limited to ZestMoney, LazyPay, and similar partners), any approved refund shall be processed directly to the originating lender.
Raha Technologies is not liable for any interest, foreclosure, prepayment, or processing charges imposed by the lender.

Critical: In case of EMI default, delayed payment, or dishonoured auto-debit instructions, all access to services will be immediately and irrevocably suspended without refund.
Non-Refundable and Cancellation-Restricted Situations
Raha Technologies enforces a strict NO-CANCELLATION and NO-REFUND policy in the following cases, irrespective of reason or payment mode:

Late Payments or EMI Defaults
If the User fails to pay any installment or EMI on or before the due date, all access to course materials and services shall be suspended without notice, and no refund shall be entertained, whether full or partial.
Continued non-payment beyond the grace period shall result in automatic termination of enrolment.

User Withdrawal, Disagreement, or Behavioral Misconduct
If the User voluntarily discontinues, withdraws, or refuses to continue participation for personal, academic, or behavioral reasons, no refund shall be processed.
Misconduct, violation of platform rules, harassment, or unethical behaviour (as defined under Section 4 and Section 7 of Raha Technologies' Terms & Conditions) shall result in immediate suspension or termination without any refund entitlement.
Users found spreading false information, defaming instructors, or creating disruption shall lose all rights to any financial claim or refund.

Service Utilisation or Course Expiry
Once access credentials, licensed materials, or digital content are shared, such access constitutes service delivery, and refunds cannot be claimed thereafter.
No refund shall be provided for expired course access, incomplete usage, or failure to attend sessions.
Termination Due to Policy Violation
Zero Tolerance
Accounts terminated under Sections 4, 5, or 7 (academic misconduct, fraud, data misuse, harassment, or legal violations) shall forfeit any right to refunds or claims, regardless of payment status.

Cancellation Procedure
To initiate a valid refund request, Users must:

Submit Written Request
Submit a written request to [email protected] within 14 days of the official course start date.

Attach Documentation
Attach proof of payment (invoice/receipt) and provide a detailed reason for cancellation.

Timeline Compliance
Requests received after the 14-day period will not be processed under any circumstances.
Upon Successful Verification and Approval
Refunds (if eligible) shall be initiated within 1 to 10 working days through the original mode of payment, strictly subject to the settlement timelines of the respective bank or payment gateway.
Raha Technologies shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banks, EMI partners, or third-party payment processors.
Legal, Financial, and Operational Clauses
  • This policy complies with RBI's Payment Aggregator (PA-PG) Guidelines and PCI-DSS security standards. Raha Technologies and its authorised payment partners do not store complete card details.
  • Refunds are processed only through the same channel used for the original transaction; cash or alternate-account refunds are strictly prohibited.
  • The User agrees that chargebacks, payment disputes, or false refund claims after course access constitute financial fraud and will be subject to civil recovery and legal prosecution under applicable Indian laws.
  • Raha Technologies reserves the right to deduct applicable service fees, GST, and bank transaction charges from any approved refund amount.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Acknowledgment and Binding Consent
By enrolling, paying, or accessing Raha Technologies services, the User confirms that they:

Have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy
Final Authority
Accept that all decisions by Raha Technologies regarding refund eligibility, suspension, or termination shall be final and binding

Shipment Exchange Policy

This Shipment and Exchange Policy ("Policy") governs the dispatch, delivery, and exchange of all products, materials, and services purchased from Raha Technologies ("Raha Technologies"). This includes both digital service deliveries (e.g., online course access, LMS credentials, downloadable study materials) and physical shipments (e.g., printed certificates, books, or merchandise). Referral Policy

Raha Technologies follows Indian tax laws for all payments made to agents, lead generators, or student referrers. This policy ensures transparency, legal compliance, and prevention of tax fraud.
